Patricia LaVallee, Life Coach

I am a retired Registered Nurse with more than thirty years of nursing experience mostly in Home Care and Hospice settings. I obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine in Orono. I have had many ongoing education opportunities since graduation, which have enriched my professional and personal life. Currently, I am working towards certification as an international life coach through Coaches Training Institute. This teaches a Co-Active model of coaching. It holds the client and coach as equal partners in the coaching process.

I have provided nursing care from the Canadian border towns of Jackman and Magalloway to the outer Penobscot Bay island of Matinicus. My roots are firmly planted in the mountains and fresh water lakes of western Maine. In 2010 my husband and I moved to the beautiful historic mid-coast town of Thomaston, Maine. I have also visited other countries in North America and Europe.

While these areas are vastly different places, the people I encountered have consistently shown strong values and loving spirits. It is the similarities of beliefs that help drive my wish to share the gifts of being the amazing beings we are here to be.
